Reserve Your Train Ticket Online:
Here you can order a train ticket
for any destination in Russia online. Please, read the information
below and fill in the request form. You will receive a reply
within 24 hours.

The train was not selected or the site had a technical problem. In
order to make your order, please, proceed to our customized
train ticket order form.
Order Process: After
you submit the form below (thus, confirming that all information
on this page is correct),
your order details will be sent to a selected train ticket vendor.
They should get back to you within 24 hours. You will need to confirm
once again all the details, submit a payment, and the ticket will
be purchased for you (and delivered according to your requirements).
Payment Information: Most vendors accept credit cards
(Visa or
MasterCard or
AmEx) and some of them can also accept bank transfers and PayPal.
The payment instructions will be sent to you with the confirmation
e-mail.
You will need
to pay the full price of your ticket and it will be purchased for
you. Your card will be charged only after the tickets are purchased
for you.
Ticket Delivery: After
the tickets are purchased for you, you
can have your tickets delivered to your address or get it yourself
in Moscow or St. Petersburg when it is convenient for you. The
delivery in Moscow and St. Petersburg is fre usually free of charge,
the delivery abroad is about $10 US with standard airmail post,
and about $70 US with
courier
post (depending on your location).
Refunds & Cancellation: All our vendors cannot
provide any
refunds for cancelled orders or tickets. This is
due to the
policy
of the Russian Railways that makes it
almost impossible to issue a refund.
Please, understand, that this is a forced measure and be careful
when you pay for your ticket making sure your full name, departure
date and place, destination, and all other details are correct
and will not be changed.
We would also like to notice that you
are fully responsible that the address of delivery you specify
in the form is correct and that there will be somebody receiving
tickets at this address on the date and time you specify. In case
the tickets are not delivered because you specified the wrong address
or because there was nobody to receive them when the courier arrived
to deliver them, we will not provide any refund and it will be
your responsibility to obtain the tickets from the courier afterwards.
